Are you on a sensible eating and exercise regimen?
WHAT ABOUT YOUR MIND?
Who or what are you allowing
to shape and influence your thoughts?
What are you taking in?
What are you watching?
What are you reading?
That’s a clue?
What about your colleagues, associates,
and hang out partners?
HOW ARE YOU HONORING YOUR SOUL?
It is time to let go of emotional baggage and emotional ties, which no longer serve a purpose in your life.
WHAT ABOUT YOUR SPIRIT?
What about your relationship with God?
How are you honoring Him?
What are you doing with the gift of life that He has given you?
How are you walking it out on a daily basis?
So, Valentine’s Day 2017, do something for someone else with no expectation. Give a flower to someone not expecting it. Make a handcrafted card. Place a Post-It on someone’s desk.
How about saying, “Thank you,” “You’re Welcome,” and giving someone a smile.
